How MOMOSSY Began

MOMOSSY was created by Leon Hovich, a certified Kundalini yoga instructor who has been guiding classes, retreats, and community gatherings since beginning his spiritual path in 2016.

Living between Miami and Tulum, Leon’s work focuses on practices that support balance of mind and body. Through this path, he became interested in natural ways to support energy and overall wellbeing.

During that search he discovered sea moss, a traditional Caribbean ingredient known for its naturally rich mineral content. What began as a personal practice soon became something he shared with friends and students, and eventually grew into MOMOSSY.

The brand reflects Leon’s belief in caring for the body with natural ingredients and sharing those practices with others. Today MOMOSSY continues to grow from that same intention, bringing ocean-grown nourishment into everyday life.

The Tradition of Sea Moss

Sea moss has been used for generations in Caribbean cultures as a natural source of minerals. Growing between ocean rocks, it absorbs nutrients from the sea and becomes one of nature’s most mineral-rich foods.

MOMOSSY was created to bring this traditional ingredient into modern daily life in a simple, clean way.

Each jar is prepared carefully and blended with organic ingredients, keeping the process small, intentional, and true to the original ingredient.
